Where is the activate dimensions button in revit

I have to pull an actual dimension annotation, select the object again, and then change that dimension annotation value, then delete the dimension. Sooo frustrating! Does anyone knows where the "Activate Dimension" is in new UI in version. I couldn't find it. I found it when clicking on an object. See attached image. Attached Images ActivateDimension.
